Kieran Thomas - Class AA Head PGA Professional
Kieran joined Brampton Heath as Head Professional at the start of 2014. Coaching over 1000 golfers per year Kieran introduces many new golfers to the game as well as improving the skills of many juniors and more established players. Kieran is a Northamptonshire Junior county boys and girls coach, as well as the lead coach for the UK's Armed Forces skills courses. He runs a number of adult beginner and improvers courses throughout the year.
He makes learning fun and enjoyable, and will always strive to get you hitting the ball better, further and straighter as quickly as possible. After all you enjoy golf more when you play well!
As an amateur golfer Kieran was a member at Hinckley Golf Club where he reached a handicap of plus 2 and still holds the course record of 64 (7 Under Par). He represented Wales at a senior level and the Leicestershire County 1st team on over 30 occasions before turning professional in 2009.
With a degree in Sport Science and Psychology from Cardiff University and Professional Golf Studies from Birmingham University Kieran works with golfers of all ages and abilities to improve their game. His knowledge of the body and how it works is a huge influence on his coaching, treating each pupil as an 'individual' rather than teaching one method to all golfers.

John Chivers - PGA Golf Professional
John joined in August 2016 after spending 20 years as a professional at Cold Ashby Golf Club and as well as working in the Professional shop is available for both coaching and custom fitting. John represented his club and county as an amateur and still enjoys playing as well as coaching. His friendly manner allows golfers to learn in a fun and friendly environment whether a beginner, experienced player or professional.
John has a real interest in the Tri service coaching as his Father was ex-Army, and enjoys helping the Military Forces every few weeks helping them to improve their skills as a golfer. He teaches from beginner to the advanced courses for the Pro Jam set up which cover up to 20 courses per year. John Chivers has 20 years’ experience as a golf instructor and has developed a patient and encouraging coaching style.
He constantly updates his knowledge by attending PGA seminars with expert instructors from around the world. He has read and viewed most instructional material and enjoys discussing all aspects of golf.
John enjoys teaching all ages and abilities using his own tried and tested methods. A simple swing is an efficient swing, creating consistency, accuracy and power and uses this to help golfers of all abilities from amateur, county and at professional levels of the game.
